We appreciated the customer service, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities.The lady was really kind and helpful. The spa was a great surprise, so relaxing and nice. The room was comfy and modern. There was a heated ski and boots room, very useful and practical. Basic breakfast, but really good. And very good coffee. There is a bus station close by, you don't really need to take the car. We would stay here again. Highly recommending it, great value.

We loved everything about this guesthouse - the staff and owners, the breakfast, the location, the room, the balcony, the view, the decor, the cleanliness..... We shall definitely stay here again. There is a regular bus which leaves almost outside the guesthouse which connects to buses going to all the interesting locations offered as part of the Zell am See card. It is also possible to walk to the guesthouse, but it is very steep. There were slightly different things offered as part of the breakfast each day, which we liked.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay for our family of 3. The studio was bigger than we expected, separated into two rooms and had a small kitchen area, couch, desk, and bed. Bed was very comfortable with warm duvets. Close to town and to lifts. Communication was quick and owner was very welcoming. We will be happy to return.

We had booked Haus Ditzer the day of since we had decided to stay in Zell Am See. Markus was the host and he was fantastic. He allowed us to check in early/leave the car in the parking lot while we explored the town. The town is a quick/beautiful walk along the lake. The entire house was well kept and very up to date. The rooms were a great size and also had a wonderful view of the lake. Markus had recommended a great restaurant for dinner - Steinerwirt- which was in the middle of town. There is also a Billa (grocery store) where you can pick up food since the room had a full kitchen. The next morning, Markus had given us a Summer Card which allowed us to take advantage of the ski lifts near by and explore the trails. It was included with the room and a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying again at Haus Ditzer. Hope to be back soon!
