Unique property that brings a nice change from the usual hotel rooms, with its rich furnishings, paintings and books. Note that you are renting one room of three in the apartment, with the dining room and small kitchenette shared by all those staying. There are also approx 50 steps up to the floor, should that be a concern for you with luggage.
Whilst it’s a little way out of the main tourist area, it’s very simple to get a tram or subway train, or approx 30 mins walk. It’s also close to the Belvedere Palace and Military Museum. The proximity to the main railway station was a real bonus if that’s how you are coming/going.
Charming couple run the property, my only suggestion would be to knock when entering the room as I found it very odd to be surprised by the owner entering without any notice.

Excellent location - close to city center and just next to the underground station. The service provided (e.g.room equipment or breakfast buffet choice) is not the nicest you have ever seen, but for the price you pay is completelly sufficient and appropriate.
