Beautiful terrace with excellent view of mountains. Plus two queen beds separated by bathroom was really nice.

Location was great, easy access to main road at red light. Breakfast was good and hot, with lots of choices and plenty of seating. Also, the staff was very friendly and nice.
Alcoa
The warmly colored rooms at the Alcoa Knoxville Airport Holiday Inn Express include blackout curtains and dark hardwood furniture. Guests can watch cable TV and movie channels or work at the large desk, complete with ergonomic chair. Clean! Counter rep was super nice, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Absolutely disgusting, we left and went to Holiday Inn next to bass pro (wonderful hotel) Landmark has bed bugs, rude staff who will deny even though I have it on video. We left after 1 hour after seeing bugs crawling out of mattress. Shower wouldnt drain. Lawn chairs as furniture. Rudest desk person ive ever met. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
They have updated the rooms and it looks similar to a holiday inn now in the rooms I was very impressed.
Don't know. Booking.com messes up the reservation and Holiday Inn wouldn't let us have the room. Supposed to be reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 beds. Booking.com sent it for 2 adults only. Couldn't get hold of booking.com and Holiday Inn wouldn't honor the reservation. Credit card sure got charged though. We had no place to stay at 8 pm. Worst travel experience ever and we have traveled many places around the world.
The view from our room sold us a few years back when we found this place by accident. It don’t look top of the line which you should already expect at the price. I’m a clean freak, and typically try to book places like best western, holiday inn, etc. but this place is my favorite cheap place to stay when we come through pigeon forge. The view is beautiful.
The location was great it was a very good stay at the Holiday inn suit the room was very clean and neat enjoyed the fire pit and seating on second floor outside and the seating on the second floor inside very friendly staff good parking
We were traveling with our 3 sons. Ages 24-7 & Holiday Inn and the city of Gatlinburg had something for all of us.
Location was nice. Loved how close it was to everything. Not too close. Not too far away from all the attractions. Everything was super clean which is always wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great! Very friendly staff :) anything we needed. They got for us. Enjoyed our little anniversary weekend getaway with Holiday Inn.
Everything was perfect for us. Who does not Like Gatlinburg? Gatlinburg is always a beautiful place to visit and now we found the perfect place to stay too. We have been to Gatlinburg many many ties before and never stayed here mainly because I am a Holiday Inn Platinum member. We will be visiting you again in the future.
