The lively Waterfront area is within a 10-minute walk and Lincoln Castle is 1.2 km from the hotel. I needed to check in early as my youngest son had an accident as we couldn't find a toilet and I needed to shower him , the staff were very helpful and got the room ready quickly so I could shower him, the hotel was so clean the breakfast was top quality and all the staff were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel in Lincoln it was fantastic I would book again five star's definitely.

let me start by saying trudy at breakfast is an absolute gem, holiday inn are lucky to have not only her but all the staff, super friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them, facilities for working remotely were perfect.. location is nice, on the waters edge and short walk to town and local restaurants, thanks again for everything
Bit disappointed with stains on divan base . Great breakfast Location was not where we expected to be , we thought we were going to Holiday inn on the river. This hotel was on a busy junction & 10 minute walk to town.
Not stopped in a holiday Inn for a long time, but saw breakfast was included in the price. Lyle the duty manager was brilliant, sorting us a room at 1pm instead of 3pm check-in one of the best managers ive come across in years. beds were comfortable and nice thick quilts, shower was also roomy. Breakfast was great and free unlike some places that want £10 each per day
Lovely clean & tidy room, Great view over the Bay. Brilliant location. Staff couldn't do enough to help especially at breakfast. I thought it would be quite basic but one of the nicest Holiday Inns I've stayed at.
Yet another lovely stay at this hotel. The Holiday Inn at Brayford wharf has many benefits including its locality to Lincoln city centre and a vast selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms we have stayed in were clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great view of the wharf / marina area. Their breakfast menu is comprehensive and falls nothing short of excellence. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Cosy bar area with a very relaxed atmosphere.
This Holiday Inn Express is very conveniently located, being about a 10 minute walk to the centre of beautiful Lincoln. Parking is a premium in the city so the fact this hotel has a large parking area is a bonus, although it will cost you £7.50 per day to park there. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful and the breakfast was well-stocked. My room was on the third floor and was a good size and very clean. The large double bed was very comfortable.
Staff were polite and very helpful . Slept really well in bed and breakfast was excellent . Stayed in various holiday inn hotels around the country but Lincoln is by far the best . Thanks guys 👌🏽

Never stayed with Holiday Inn Express but will be our first choice in future. Excellent service and rooms . Great value for money too.
Breakfast is good. One dinner lady was very helpful. Room is very spacious in comparison to some of the holiday inn hotels that we've stayed in the past.
