Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, Fisherman’s Wharf is a great location as there is plenty to do and see around the wharf area. Breakfast was included in the price which was just perfect.

Great location, good breakfasts. The location was perfect as we came to San Francisco to enjoy good food down at Fisherman's Wharf. It was fun taking the cable car into down town. The breakfasts are always a reason we like to stay at the Holiday Inn.

Staff are friendly, the location is good, and there is a Whole Foods Market nearby, no homeless around makes me feel safe. Super convenient traffic with the bus station. Enjoy the experience at Holiday Inn this time and definitely will recommend it to my friends.

It's way to expensive. For a Holidayinn I usually prefer to stay here. it was originally 174 for a night but ended up being over 300 . The don't tell you parking is additional 100$ . And is a bit of a walk from the wharf . For the price,I would have stayed somewhere closer and nicer .

The location is great. I stayed there on a prior trip and enjoyed the hotel and location. Staff were really nice. Big shout out to Roy on the front desk who upgraded me as I’m a IHG customer. The concierge was lovely aswell and has been working there years.

Absolutely terrible in fact so terrible that we didnt even stay there and went to holiday inn. Didnt like any of it. Staff was awful. Room was awful. Parking awful. Dirty filthy. No refund. Staff are liars as well.

Good location and free parking, very reasonable price compared to other SF hotels. Better than the Holiday Inn I stayed in previously. No breakfast available but right opposite Mel’s so not an issue.

The front receptionist was amazing. Bainny sent above and beyond to help me. She even maintained her professional demeanor while dealing with two difficult customers. Even in the morning, the person who helped me was amazing. I will be staying here every time we come. I look forward to going to the Holiday Inn Express in other cities because the customer service was beyond my expectations.
