    This was equivalent to a Holiday Inn! The pet fee was the main reason I chose this hotel but I will definitely look for this chain in the future. The beds were very comfortable, clean and soft. The breakfast was wonderful and they made my dog feel very welcome. She enjoyed a few sausages too!

    I was taken advantage of by booking.com and IHG. 4 minutes after I booked my hotel with booking.com, I noticed their app was set for the following day. As I'm traveling I can't use the room the next day. I immediately called both the hotel and booking.com and was told I will get my money back once booking.com and IHG get it authorized, however no answers from either company and its been 9 days. I am out $150 which I doubt I'll ever see refunded I will never again use booking.com or any IHG hotel.

    The property was lovely. It is close to UF. The staff are kind and helpful. Everything was clean & tidy. We enjoyed our stay, there . It is much nicer than the local Holiday Inn ( in my opinion) .

    We were traveling, so I looked up a place to stay close to the I-75. I chose Holiday Inn Express because they are usually dependable. This went beyond all expectations! The hotel is immaculate with beautiful, clean rooms. We did not have time to take advantage advantage of the pool which was a pity. It is large and beautiful pool with a waterfall. The whole patio area was clean and inviting. It was an incredible value and a very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
