Had an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful especially Fatih at the reception. He was very helping with arranging transportation and Bosphorus cruise tour. Definitely recommend a stay at Holiday Inn Old City. The neighbourhood had a different vibe of its own.

They were so accommodating to my requests, that with a genuine smile and sense of help. At checkout, when I met the Manager and some other staff members, they were smiling. Genuinely, you can sense that they are there to look after you. If your in istanbul, you have to go and stay at least one night here. I Shall Be back........
