I want to give a big shout out to the lovely ladies on reception when I checked in on the 15th Oct. The lock on my suitcase got jammed and I had a good laugh with them as they helped me try to open it. Very helpful group! Also, the room was very quiet, even though I was next to the lift, so I was pleasantly surprised.

We like the location being near the Excel centre as we were attending the Travel fare. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. We paid for the bigger room with child bed and requested for child bed to be removed to have more space. But we stayed in normal twin room which did not have much space.

Clean room, comfy bed, nice size bedroom. Tea, and coffee making facilities, ironing board and iron. Good restaurant with excellent choices. Breakfast which was included in the price was very good,lots to choose from, including vegan.

Breakfast was below average.I stayed before in holiday in express excel before . That hotel is much better than this pathetic place . We stayed there 2 days and third day I moved to double tree by Hilton . It was an amazing place

there is a convenient chinese restaurant next door. Breakfast is the usual Holiday inn express option and was well stocked and quite quiet. the car park fee is hefty which i presume is why the room cost for central london was so reasonable.

The hotel has everything you can expect from a Holiday Inn Express, plus it is excellently located close to the O2 arena, so it’s truly convenient when visiting the venue. However, the most important feature is their people. They helped us very much providing a sense of tranquility when leaving my son with a nanny we didn’t know (not arranged by the hotel). They followed a protocol to ensure everything was under control. Thank you very much. My regards to Erica.
