Vety personable and friendly staff, went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable and offer suggestions for the remainder of our trip. Pretty surroundings, short walking distance to picturesque lake.

Apartment was new overlooking fjord . 5 minutes drive to olden centre . 30 minutes drive to stryn. All about the view, early morning you will see cruise ship arrival to olden harbour. Bunpris supermarket is 5 minutes drive away.

This holiday park is 55 km from Sogndal Airport, while Songdal is a 35-minute drive away. Lovely area, cabin was comfortable with everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Surrounded by nature, Jølstraholmen Camping og Hytter offers cottages with a view of the river. Each has a bedroom, private bathroom and open-plan room with a flat-screen TV, fireplace and seating area. We loved this riverside campground and cabin - it was very refreshing to be out of the city and enjoy the crisp, clean, cool mountain air.

Set in the Nærøy Valley, this camping is surrounded by high mountains with a view of the Kjelfossen Waterfall. It offers an on-site kiosk and cottages with a patio and kitchen facilities.

Flåmsbana railway line is 20 km away, while the ferry terminal in the UNESCO-listed Nærøy Fjord is just 800 metres from the cottages. The town of Voss is within a 45-minute drive. The location was excellent! The view in the morning was just unreal. Also, the facilities were very good- the shower was awesome with hot water and good stream, the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend!

This property is located within 300 metres of Flåm Train Station and Navvies’ Bicycle Road. The waterfront to Aurland Fjord is just a 15-minute walk away, and has an on-site children’s playground and cottages with a kitchenette.

Cooking hobs and a fridge are provided in all units at Flåm Cabins. Some have private bathroom facilities, while others are shared. Shared facilities have coin-operated showers. Amazing location in the middle of breathtaking nature, just a short walk away from the train station. Our cabin was located right next to common facilities which were very satisfactory - shared toilets and showers were clean and there were also drinking water and dishwashing facilities. The kitchenette was also sufficiently stocked for us to cook a meal. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Guests can choose either private or shared bathrooms. The best hotel that we stayed in Norway during our roadtrip. The lady at the reception was fantastic. The surroundings were like from a fairytale - an insanely green peaceful valley with a lake, river and a huge waterfall over our heads. The rooms were scandinavian-simple, quiet, clean, modern, renovated, comfortable. Breakfast excellent, restaurant exceptionally stylish and cozy. The pictures this place uses on booking.com don't do it justice so I'll try to make it up with mine.

Set in the coastal village of Kalvåg on Frøya Island, Knutholmen offers accommodation in rooms, apartments and traditional Norwegian fishermen’s cottages. The ancient rock carvings at Vingen are a 25-minute drive away. The breakfast was great. Location most important to us. Fabulous location and views.

Set next to Lake Hafslovatnet in Luster, Lyngmo Hytter offers WiFi access and barbecue facilities. All cottages at Lyngmo Hytter have a small kitchenette with fridge. The shared bathroom facilities are located in the main building. Gaupne is 16 km away. Small but VERY well equipped cabin on a lake. It was raining when we were there but would be amazing to swim and hang out by the lake in better weather. Cabin was small but had everything we needed to cook a meal. Bathrooms were large and clean.

Surrounded by forest and mountains, Stardalen Hyttegrend is next to the Stadalselva River. It offers modern cottages with a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and views of Jostedal Glacier.

All of Stardalen Hyttegrend’s cottages have wooden décor and a private veranda. The combined living room and kitchen features a fireplace and a TV. A dishwasher and washing machine provide further comfort. Nice small fireplace in livingroom (especially for cold weather after hiking). Very good facilities (there is washing machine, dishwasher, toilet, shower and all nescessary for everyday living) also everything for cooking etc. Good environment, river nearby and Summerkafe where you get nice food and kind service. Hiking tracks around and local farming were noted all around :) Good looking house (looks like a real Norway cottage especially roof- very original) Comfort terrace (patio) to take a dinner and have a glass of wine. Sleeping beds comfort and clean :)
