Let down by a previous Accommodation in albinia and had to re book anywhere. This came up as a perfect compromise.

The place was very cozy, quiet and immersed in the nature (surrounded by green landscape and olive trees, nice and open view reaching far away, it was perfect for relaxation and meditation). The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just the right size (not too small and not too big), and with a good variety. A small swimming pool area also added to the enjoyment and served as a good replacement for the beach, on the days when we had no time to drive there.
The host, Umberto was very welcoming. The property looks very impressive and is located in very peaceful beautiful well kept grounds. There was a swimming pool which was very clean and well maintained.
Great location, functional little bungalow, great pool with entertainment in the afternoon, easy walking distance from the beach and the sea (path through the camping and then across the street through another camping), nice bar at the camping with great coffee and affordable cocktails, close (driving distance) to the cute fisherman’s town of Castiglione della Pescaia.

The swimming pool was nice, clean and quiet, with reasonably priced light food and drinks available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beaches not too far.
We stayed in their amazingly designed bungalow, the location and facilities are great but it really felt like we were in a money machine. We extended the stay to 1 extra night and they chargers us and extra €70 on top to what we’ve payed before. When we arrived in our €300 a night bungalow it wasn’t perfectly clean, there were marks on the wall, used contact lenses, hair clips and hair in the bathroom.
We had a brilliant time here! It’s situated in a lovely place near the edge of the Maremma an near the stunning village of Talamone.. we had a coco sweet tent which was very well equipped.. although it you can bring an electric stove you can make coffee.. above all the staff were so nice!! Went out of their way to help us when we had a problem at home that needed fixing .. Also two swimming pools meant that they never got overcrowded. Overall highly recommended!
Lovely stay in a fabulous property with everything we needed and such beautiful surroundings. Swimming pool was lovely, house was modern and bright, very nice garden and peaceful. Very friendly and attentive owners.
Nice, clean place with kind personnel always willing to help. Very good food for decent prices at the restaurant. The swimming pool, playground, and especially the entertainment program were a delight for kids.
