Breakfast was good and lots of options. Staff were all so lovely, friendly and professional. Hotel is a good location and has a play park / entertainment in the evenings for kids.

Cleanliness, entertainment, overall facilities, went out of their way to make sure my 3 year olds’ birthday was special. The character visit at breakfast from sir Topham Hatt was lovely and personal.
I stayed a few years ago and didn't enjoy my time. However, with all the new improvements it is a much better experience. They have put a lot of effort and time into renovating a once dated hotel. The Indian restaurant and cocktail bar are both out of this world and provide an incredible mixed evening of entertainment. The continental breakfast was good value for money, and the bar was nice and quiet with a good selection of alcohol and soft drinks. Not too mention there was free parking!
Swimming pool
Good entertainment on at night. Food stop serving at 16.00 but because we were stopping there accommodated us and did us something to eat at 18.00.
Great location for us, nice and secluded being a detached bungalow.
Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, great swimming pool, tennis, mini golf, short walks/nature trail and lovely views, helpful staff.
