It had everything you could need plus it was set in beautiful peaceful countryside. The hosts were helpful but not intrusive and left us to enjoy the cottage and our time as a family.

Very clean lodge with attention to detail. Nicely decorated and had a homely and welcoming feel. Host checked in with us to ensure we had arrived safely. Location of the holiday park is very quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature. Lodge location is private. Welsh decorations and kitchen was well equipped.
Breakfast - excellent choice. Ground floor room provided, as requested. Ideal for me, having mobility scooter. Bonus - direct access to the super swimming pool.
Lovely location and hotel. We had a very relaxing time and really enjoyed the grounds and facilities, especially the swimming pool. Great food at the restaurant, and lots of choices for breakfast. We were very happy. Thank you to the ladies at the spa as well for the massage!

It was a beautiful old building in the heart of Hay with a great swimming pool to use. All of the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious every morning with a fantastic range of options to cater for all needs. Captain the dog was an extra bonus!

Breakfast was excellent. Catherine in particular was always approachable. The atmosphere was friendly, the entertainment on New Year's eve was tremendous.
