It was warm , quiet , clean and had great amenities in the pod like a tv, fridge, kettle and Microwave. Host was very friendly and available if we needed anything. Beautiful pods highly recommend will Definelty be back.

This recently renovated holiday park is located 19 km from Lunan Bay and 14 km from House of Dun. The property is non-smoking and is situated 44 km from Carnoustie Golf Links. Had a great couple of days peaceful clean and stunning views would like to go back in the summer.

Lovely property with lots of character, very nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room ideal for a peaceful swim, great showering facilities within pool area. overall made to feel very welcome and left following day having had a nice breakfast.

Great room , Looking on at 1st and 18th hole , loved the swimming pool , great staff there.
Location was ideal with easy access to the town. Free parking at the back of the property. Breakfast was great as they were able to accommodate for gluten free and it all tasted good. The parrot in the lobby was brilliant entertainment and not something you usually see.

The Royal Hotel is in the centre of Forfar with ample off-street parking at the rear. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was clean and generous. There is a swimming pool in the Hotel's fitness centre which has steps into the water for easy access. The room was clean and quiet.
Superb clean accommodation with excellent large room and bathroom. Quiet location and great parking. Excellent breakfast. Use of the private swimming pool a great bonus.

The property was spacious and perfect for a family. The place was spotless and gave a cosy/homely feel. The holiday park reception held great entertainment for both adults and children and the staff were nothing but welcoming and helpful.
