The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. Not only is the hotel itself unique and beautiful, with a captivating historic charm, but the level of customer service surpassed any experience I've had at other hotels. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing valuable information about popular dining spots, entertainment options, and more. Additionally, the valet parking service was simple and convenient, adding to the overall seamless experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

Very convenient for us with a camper that needed to be parked and cleaned and tidied before we fly home. The kitchen had a large fridge and everything we needed for cooking. The bedroom was large for repacking our bags and equipment. The bathtub was easy to get in and out of. There were no other guests staying so we had the place to ourselves. Close to direct metro line into town.

The amenities in the room were great. The en suite shower room was very clean and fresh. However, I was extremely disappointed to find the fitness suite closed for building works and at a charge of nearly 200$ for one night and no catering on site I felt this was unacceptable! Went down the road to the Dbltree Hilton and had a swimming pool, fitness suite and two restaurants for less!! Your price point needs oozed at! Alison Wood

Gorgeous views from rooftop patio, good location within close walking distance of many good eats and Seattle Centre entertainment. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Reasonably priced underground parking (relative to other locations).

Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bath and hand towels, convenient washer and dryer, pedastal and table fans, floor vaccum cleaner, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, internet enabled TV, strong WiFi, garbage disposal, swimming pool, gym, car parking, 24x7 concierge and a large Target hypermarket on the ground floor!! Most importantly, prior to our stay, the Vacasa team was always quick to respond to any query we had about the property and the formalities.

The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. All facilities in the room and bathroom were well thought out everything was provided. Bonus was coffee machine in room and refrigerator. Also use of microwave in the breakfast lobby. The Reception staff were very welcoming and professional and gave good advice on transport connections to Seattle Centre. There was even a small swimming pool a bonus in the heat.

This is a great property, in a terrific location. It is very clean, modern and has great facilities. And got to say the beds were super comfy. Overall this is a great property to be your home away from home. The staff were excellent to deal with. There is so much of interest in the immediate area, including cultural arts, entertainment and restaurants, all within easy walking distance of the apartment. We are so pleased we found this property online, it totally made our trip to Seattle a real delight. Thank you
