The location is great, close to Ktown, which means good food and entertainment. The room is relatively spacious and clean, I love the decoration and how the beds are oriented.

* You think about customer needs for example (coffee at lobby, pool table, wine cate, wine catering, excellent gym, great swimming pool, rent a car service available specially to deliver at the hotel, chrome cast on tv). Things like that (others than the standard services like internet, good bed and pillows, etc) make the difference to customers.

A wonderful hotel, in a very good location, close to the subway station and restaurants, with a rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful view of Los Angeles and Hollywood.
