Hotel looks great, lovely swimming pool. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Nice breakfasts with plenty options to choose from. Just a 3mins walk to Cocoa beach.

Great location with easy access to the sandy beach. Swimming pool was perfect, salt water I think as it was not full of eye stinging chlorine.
Rooms are a bit dated but perfectly adequate.
Great laundry facilities at very reasonable price. at the time we were there it was $2 for a wash and $1 for tumble dryer
Good choice of food during the breakfast (not meeting European expectations as no vegetables, but definitely very good in terms of other breakfasts we had when staying in US), very nice swimming pool, close to Kennedy Space Center, friendly staff, gorgeous view for sunrise from the hotel tower.
It was right on the beach. The view was perfect. Sunrise in the morning and sunset at night. Perfect view of both the pier and the hotel swimming pool and we could see the river in the distance. They gave us a free upgrade because our room was not available. The breakfast staff and the maids and grounds keepers and maintenance workers were very friendly. Almost everything was perfect.
