Situated 1 km from the historic Sultanahmet area with Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace, 3 Floor Oldcity is 850 metres from Grand Bazaar. It offers self-catering and spacious accommodation with a balcony and city views. Free WiFi is also available.

The hotel is conveniently located in a historic Old Town in a walking distance to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque with a plenty of shopping options, restaurants and cafes. The street the hotel located on is absolutely gorgeous with a very nice reasonably priced restaurant just downstairs. We rented the entire 3 floors of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is every day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the office is open 24/7. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there.

    Very nice hotel, nice service. Very good breakfast. We got an upgrade to a room with a balcony. Very nice spa with swimming pool. Very helpful staff. The bathroom was well-equipped. I highly recommend it.

    The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with different selection of food on each days. Spa facility was also very good which had swimming pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and gym. The staff were amazing and very helpful and made you feel welcomed and heard. We came to celebrate our anniversary and the little gesture by the hotel was amazing. I like to give a special thanks to Zineb who made sure to meet our needs before we flew out to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

    Easy access to everything. Tram stops within less than 5 minutes helpful reception stuff. I was away for my birthday, the staff kindly arranged for a birthday cake on the morning of my birthday. Surrounded by restaurants and easy to reach sultanahmet area within 10 mins. Also walking distance to many places. Room was cleaned everyday. Although we didn't use the facilities they have a swimming pool and a hammmam spa and also daily entertainment for guests in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

    The location was great, with a view of the Bosphorus from the upper floors. The rooftop restaurant with amazing view and entertainment. The indoor heated swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Good breakfast daily! Helpful concierge and front desk.

    New apartment with quality renovation and furniture. Near a large shopping center, restaurants and entertainment. Closed territory with a swimming pool and a gym, a lot of greenery in the yard. The owner is very polite. I liked it all very much. I recommend.
