Loved everything about our stay..beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, comfortable beds, huge bath and great shower, swimming pool and spa and yummy breakfast! Such a good situation in the city too. It was my birthday and the staff left me a bottle.of wine and chocolate.. perfect. I wasn't sure if the hotel would be good for families but they were so welcoming and the kids loved it!
Location was right in the middle of the city with easy access to everything. Room was clean and comfortable, was quiet facing the street (not sure about the rooms facing the motorway), bathroom and bed was clean. Staff on front desk were able to help out with access to the off-site fitness centre and a swimming pool.
The location is great for easily walking to popular tourist attractions. The aesthetics/decor was great.
On the last day, local friends pointed out that the location is near the party end of town/ near the adult entertainment strip of Wellington. I did not notice it until they pointed it out. I was too distracted by the strange little laneway that was the entrance to the hotel. I am not sure what classifies this as a hotel vs a holiday rental - the daily cursory cleaning?
Great location - right in the center of Courtenay Place with shops, restaurants, entertainment and bus stop right outside.
Great option for a weekend stay in the CBD. Not loud at all and beds are comfy and rooms are clean.
Absolutely loved our stay. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. Excellent location with food, shopping, and activities all within walking distance. The room was fantastic and clean. The bed was comfortable and always had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a good size, rain shower and spa bath were lovely and relaxing. Excellent amenities including a wahing machine/drier in the room. The gym, swimming pool, and hot tub were amazing. Having valet parking was great. Highly recommend staying here.
Fantastic location, friendly/helpful staff, modern decor, large bedroom/beds and modern facilities in the bedroom. The free mini bar was a nice touch. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked very nice. We didn't use the swimming pool/spa but checked it out and wish we had brought our swimming gear.
