Perfect property for a large family holiday. The property is beautiful, the views are exceptional, perfect location, we had a large group and everyone had space to be together and also to have time apart. The fire places were delightful. Hosts were fantastic, easy to contact with any questions- we will be back!

My initial booking was for The Bungalow. When I arrive I found it dark, dank and had a bad smell. It was very old and small. The kitchenette is a portable hot plate and microwave. I spoke to the desk and was moved to the Spike self contained units and they were so nice! The have a tiny view of the Remarkables & Coronet peak and could see the night skiing (just). Spike was modern, comfortable and had a great kitchen. Bed was cozy and the deck was nice to sit and have a morning brew.

Amazing property with absolutely breathtaking views. Hot tub provided a nice spot to chill and enjoy the views. Well equipped for a wonderful family holiday. Each bedroom had its own toilet for good privacy.

The house was perfect for our Queenstown family holiday. Very well presented, heaps of space, beautiful kitchen and lounge, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and a brand new outdoor spa. Jacks Point is a fantastic location, so quiet and peaceful, and the views of the snow capped mountains and lake were absolutely spectacular.

The property is a 20 minute walk out of Queenstown, which suits us. He a swimming pool and a spar and a fabulous breakfast. We have stayed here 10 times over the last 8 years and will continue to do so when we visit Queenstown.

We loved the comfort and everything about this property, thoughtfully prepared with everything you need for a family holiday. The spa was epic, view simply stunning. So good to have washing machine and dryer and heated towel rails in both bedrooms. Shower insanely epic!

The staff were friendly, and our cabin was nice but very basic. I was aware we needed cooking utensils, but I was at least hoping for some basic kitchen amenities to be provided (i.e. plates or mugs..?). We probably didn't quite understand the concept when we booked, but the holiday park is much better suited to campervans rather than those looking for hostel-style budget accommodation. We felt we paid too much for what we got.

About 7-10 min walk from the town for food/bars/entertainment. There’s a small grocery store literally across the road and then around the corner there’s a bigger one! Super convenient. All the ski shuttles will pick up/drop off right out the front of the holiday park. There’s HOT water that never seems to run out and everything was very clean!!! Amenities were great - shared kitchen and lounge was very useful!
