Certain units in the holiday park have private entrance and are equipped with desk and dressing room. Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain views and an outdoor dining area. At the holiday park, every unit has a shared bathroom.

Gerson is building this beautiful ecletic paradise on earth on the shores of Lake Atitlan. Very friendly staff, picked me up from the centre of San Juan by quad and showed the town, and helped me join a worthwile Indian Nose sunset tour. As the place is quite new some facilities are still being built but the experience is 100% worth it. Very close to the town for all amenities (5 minute walk). I trust Gerson, his wife and the owner to make this one of the most memorable spots in Guatemala, beautifully nested between the farms and with great ways to enjoy the lake.

I stayed at one of their bungalows with a private bathroom. I liked the room, it offered a cupboard with locks, for the eco toilet there was a fragrance spray to avoid bad odors. The personal was very friendly and the food they offered was very tasty.

The location was outside the city which was good because less noise. At the time of check in, they said, "the room is still not ready, there is another 15 minutes waiting". As we were not happy about it (having already waited for 5 hours) they upgraded us to a bungalow for the same price. Bungalows are nicer and bigger which less noise than in the main building but it smells very humid and the wifi doesn't reach up there. Very good breakfast included.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Food is made from scratch, giving you a truely fresh meal. Resort grounds are rustic and cabin like. Bungalows are big and comfy. Sauna was amazingly hot and a good start to our day.

The staff was very nice, I loved the vegetarian and vegan focus in the restaurant and the eco-attitude of the property. The bungalow was nice, the bed was clean and comfortable, there was water for us wich was a nice gesture. The greenery of the space and the tables / swings outside - very relaxing place.
