Excellent hotel, would definitely stay here again next time we are staying overnight in London. A lovely welcome from the manager on duty when we arrived and needed to store our suitcases. Superb breakfast on offer and lovely swimming pool facilities as well as a rooftop bar overlooking St Paul’s. Thank you for a great stay.
I had a double room, there was ample space, sufficient to layout a large travel bag. The TV provided entertainment. The bed was comfortable, the bath shower arrangement was good, hot and sufficient water pressure. The desk was sufficient for my laptop and documents, and the sofa was nice feature. The lighting was adequate. There was no noise from the lift.
Everything was great.
We spent the night there and the bed was really comfortable, the breakfast delicious with lots of options, the bedrooms very clean and the swimming pool very warm and relaxing.
I highly recommend it and I will definitely go back!
Convenience of underground parking that you can get straight to your room from hassle free.
Swimming pool/hot tub/sauna was the highlight of our stay, perfect to un-wind and relax.
Very friendly warmth welcome and up grade to beautiful room with amazing view lovely gent on our check in , big bed and great shower and bath the view from room was great. Breakfast loads of choice and really lovely staff we had the restaurant bar which food was fantastic really great service and great entertainment. View mins walk down to London eye if ur don’t mind a walk tube not to fare walk loads around hotel . Pool was busy small pool loads of family’s great shows for kids on hotel.
Executive Lounge Access was nice experience. Also complimentary drinks and ice was next to our room door when we arrived
from City. Nice view (we booked St Pauls Cathedral view room)
Clean bathroom, also we liked possibility to use the swimming pool and sauna
The games room for the children’s entertainment. The swimming pool spa area was lovely
