The property is nice, in a quiet caravan park which is peaceful but much smaller than we expected from pictures. Hot tub was most definitely the main event and we made the most of this. Behind the lodge there is a nice walking track which looks onto a field of cows, please be aware if you take your dog they just stay on the lead. Something we didn’t expect but can appreciate.

Bungalow was small with well kitted out kitchen. It had a welcoming feel but we found it a bit cramped. We found the bedrooms small and the beds soft and uncomfortable. Only showering facilities were available with no window in the bathroom. The conservative area was comfortable overlooking a small garden. The rotary line was useful but the pegs were rusty and need replacing. The location was in a residential area with a lovely walk into the centre of St Andrews through the woods. It suited our purpose, and was a useful base.
