It's a nice, boutique hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is also nice, although very small, there is hot water in the shower, the air conditioning works, the internet is OK. In the hotel there is a swimming pool (water is freezing cold!) with some tables and chairs, coffee is served all day long. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it is tasty, varied and colourful.
Excellent breakfast, beautiful spa, great Italian restaurant with superb food in basement, amazing views with outdoor swimming pool on terrace. Rooms were comfortable.
Room was fine. Swimming pool on top floor was a great bonus. Water fountains freely available. Efficient organisation of a day trip into the Andes. It felt like a really safe area and there were several quite good restaurants nearby. Not far from the Costanera skyscraper and shopping centre. Close to metro and easy to get into the centre of Santiago.
big bonus was a garden connected to restaurant/breakfast room particularly when weather was pleasant. the other bonus was swimming pool connected to gym and outdoor sunbathing area
We liked the building as there is a swimming pool on the roof terrace and a gym on the ground floor. The location is very good, there are shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and a nice park nearby.
Easy to get in, reception were expecting us and apartment door code had been sent to us the day before. Nice clean 10th Floor apartment with balcony. Great underground car park. Amazing views from the 39th floor/rooftop terrace/swimming pool
Very comfortable room and nice bathroom, all very clean.
Outstanding swimming pool!
