We loved the location up on the hill, away from traffic, and the view on Skiathos bay was just amazing (for the planes spotters, yes, you can see planes landing as well). The place is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for your vacation (even a washing machine and a second bathroom). You’ll also have a little garden where you can soak in the sun. The host was very helpful and did everything to make our stay great.

Our stay at Villa Jasmine was just wonderful! Amazing view over the aegean see and red skies at sunset. Everything in the Villa is of high quality and decorated with lots of style and taste. The villa can easily be reached by car and is a great place for exploring the island. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything!

This holiday home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with an oven and a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Our stay at Kefi House was excellent! Our expectations were far exceeded. Our host met us timely at the property to deliver the keys. I called a few hours before to confirm our arrival time from the ferry. The house was very stylish, modern, comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. We are a family of 4 (boys 12 and 14) and the house fit our needs perfectly. Despite being in Skiathos town, the street Kefi House is on is very quiet and residential. I am so happy we chose to stay in Skiathos town. In the mornings I would walk to the bakery for fresh bread and cookies. My husband and I would get an iced coffee from a nearby cafe while our boys slept in. There are beautiful grocery stores with fruit and yogurt and everything you would need nearby. Every night we were able to walk around the city. The beach resorts are pretty but it would have been very boring to be outside of the center. We were very close to the port and were able to walk to Kefi House with our bags. Similarly we were able to walk to car rental and 4-wheeler rentals for daily excursions across the island. I highly recommend renting a boat for the day to tour the island. You can ask or text your host to help you with that which was another highlight. Kefi House was just perfect. My family created beautiful memories during our stay and we will always dream about the wonderful week we spent in Skiathos at Kefi House. We hope to visit again!

Nice location directly in the city center; therefore you can reach most facilities within a five to ten minute walk. Although I was a solo traveler, this property comfortably accommodates 2-4 people. There is a kitchen of good size and the owner also kindly provided a bottle of water. It was about a 30-40 minute from the airport which I would recommend taking if you’re not traveling with a hell lot of luggage, as you pass by the famous end of the airport’s runaway and the scenic port.

Great house with a great view. Quiet and private Service from questions and preparation before the trip to service while staying at the house is excellent. It makes traveling more predictable and less stressful which makes for a great trip.

The rooms are large enough as well as the living room. Next to the house there is a supermarket and a great tavern. The host was waiting for us at the agreed time and checked us in immediately. There is parking space in the garden as well as outside on the street. The owners are very nice and helpful. The house is 5 min from the beach in Troulos. Unfortunately during our stay storm Daniel passed through and caused damage to some areas of Greece. We were lucky to have stayed in this safe location. We always had contact with the owners and they helped us so our return was successful and safe. Thank you very much! We would certainly stay in the same place again.

A steep climb until the house so it's better if you have a car (parking included). A more closer-to-nature stay close to hiking trails and the wonderful Evagelistria monastery.

The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from Achladies Beach. An amazing villa in a fabulous position. Even better than the photos. Close to some really super bars and restaurants. Christos was there to meet us even though it was late and our flight was delayed.
