In the attic room is a cool use of space - a games loft with Nintendo Switch and games. Wifi is good the property was nice and warm on arrival.

Our group consisted of two adults and two kids and it was the perfect base for our trip to York. The location is ideal - 30 seconds walk to the river and a 15 minute walk into the heart of York along the river or by the main roads. Parking is available outside and we had no problem finding a space. The property itself has everything you need and we found it to be a truly welcoming and comfortable setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

We normally travel as a couple but this time we were accompanied by our other son (in his thirties). The property had absolutely everything you could ask for and was immaculate and clean. Like home from home. The owners were also very helpful and timely with replies and information. Would definitely recommend and 100% would stay again (although I can imagine it is rarely available). Loved the way the welcome book was written and the good quality furnishings. Brilliant WiFi and excellent service by host. Very comfortable bed and bedding clean towels a real home from home. Best property I've had so far.
