It is a 30-minute drive from the Snowdonia Race start - finish but still reasonable. Will stay here again if ever I go back to run that race again.

This is the centre of a holiday homes park, saying that it’s the centre of the home owners community. There’s blasting music, bingo, quiz - if you’re into it the place is for you. It has a small bar, dining area, small restaurant. Rooms are ok, the building itself has a character. We had a warm welcome on arrival.
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location and safe parking. It really was well decorated lovley furnishings. Just what you would expect from a holiday home. Can tell the owners have gone the extra mile with bedding, and furnishings, ect, really nice. Comfortable beds.well equipped kitchen. Nice size TV and WiFi. Great location, lovely little cottage, very clean and (almost!) everything you could need in a holiday cottage with lovely thoughtful touches like USB charging points, I phone chargers etc.
Lovely location the holiday home was well appointed with everything you could need. We had access to the gardens fantastic views with tables and BBQ for use by guests in the other holiday homes and us if we wished. Lots of animals and ideal for families or couples. Sheep Dip Cottage had a small courtyard with hot tub BBQ and table and chairs. Beds, one double (upstairs) and two singles (downstairs) in the two bedrooms were really comfortable. Everything was of a high standard and we will certainly return.
The lodge is perfectly presented, its very clean has all the little home comforts you would need and the host supplied all the little things you dont usually get in a holiday rental. Silly things like foil, salt and pepper, ice in the freezer and fans as it was exceptionally warm that you wouldnt normally think about untill you realise you dont have them.
Very clean amd comfortable property. It had everything you need for a holiday home. Garden was lovely and secure for the children to play in.
The garden space was great for little ones as it is completely fenced in. The views are stunning and can be enjoyed from the seating area and hot tub. The river is only a short walk away and we’ll worth a look. The property itself is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The kitchen is fantastically stocked and there is also a bbq available if you want to use it. All in all this is a little gem of a holiday home.
Thank you Annie for the perfect stay! We adored every little detail in the house. It truly felt like a home unlike other holiday homes we have stayed in. It was cleaner than a five star hotel, spacious and had everything anyone could need. Annie so very kindly left our boys giant Easter eggs and a carrot cake for us. Pictures don’t do the home justice and the location is perfect too.
