Excellent location! Charming bungalow built in 1888 and well appointed, with comfortable furniture. Easy to use kitchen. We used the large kitchen island to put together a 1,000 piece puzzle. Comfortable beds. Very quiet.

I found the entire process with the Gillespie's 8th Street Retreat to be exceptional. It was so nice that they greeted us and made sure they were available if we needed anything at all. Their "home" was very comfortable, clean and had extra amenities that made our stay just great. The home was very well appointed and lacked nothing in the kitchen.
We would come again and have told many friends about it.

It’s such a cute little town. Parking is right in front of the hotel and the rooms are small but very clean and everything was very neat! Absolutely loved the terrace to watch the sunset or sunrise! Walking distance to walk to the hot pool and also the city. Breakfast had different things (waffles, donuts, bread, Joghurt, fruits) - loved it. Would definitely stay here again!
