We arrived in dreadful weather, one room leaked rain. Owner responded immediately, came over, fixed it all up. Great service.
Street car and a number of buses within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Easy to find and use. Can buy a day pass at Walgreens, a senior pass was 80 cents a day !!. Wow
Lyft and Uber also found us easily.

We had a wonderful stay with Joey and felt very comfortable in his cozy place. Algiers Point was the perfect oasis of calm after a lively night in the French Quarter, just what we needed to recharge. Joey was always available and attentive, and he kept the fridge well-stocked, which was a lovely touch!
The accommodation had a charming, rustic feel and was decorated with a lot of love. Though it might not have been spotless, the welcoming atmosphere more than made up for it. Overall, we’d gladly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience the authentic, laid-back side of New Orleans.
