We went to a wedding nearby so the location was perfect. The kitchen came in handy as there are not too many restaurants in the area. We went to a grocery store in Cartaxo. The home is part of a very small Inn a block away, so they let us know we could go over there for coffee and cocktails. The home is small but well designed so everyone had enough space. Parking was tight but our small car fit perfectly.

Such a lovely place to holiday! The hosts were all really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool was amazing and we really felt away from the busy world in a little paradise. A very peaceful and quiet setting but still close enough to amenities by car (10 mins to Azambuja). Just ideal for what we wanted from our relaxing holiday!

Very peaceful location with easy access whether you want to be heading in the direction of Lisbon or Santarem/Almeirim etc. There is no traffic noise. The garden is private and the pool a perfect little oasis to decompress. We only used one bed, but the mattress was firm and sleep was easy. Bed linen crisp and fresh. There are three coffee machines, so coffee lovers are definitely catered for LOL. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans and utensils for preparing food, and plenty of space to do so. On a personal note I loved that the cooking knives were all very sharp. A dull knife is a bane of mine.
