Our suite had everything we needed, very comfortable. Sani is an excellent host who provided a delicious breakfast and was very helpful with everything we needed.

Beautiful location, about 10 mins drive from Tavira, extremely peaceful surroundings. The house we had was great both in terms of the house itself and the beautiful private pool, but also in terms of the quality and tasteful furnishings. It had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, including great mattresses, towels, cleaning supplies etc. And the common areas were also lovely, with a kids playground, bbq, and complementary beer. We were only sorry we could not stay longer. Definitely recommend.

Casa Da Torre is a fantastic place to stay in Tavira and to visit the surrounding area. We used the train to get around and this was really easy to access. Inge met us at Casa Da Torre to hand over the keys when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house explaining how everything worked - Derek and Inge were both really friendly and helpful and were available to message if we needed to check anything. The house is stylishly decorated and perfectly clean! The kitchen is extremely well equipped if you want to stay in and cook. Derrick and Inge have provided lots of extras too - tea and coffee as well as bottled water in the fridge and a welcoming bottle of wine - there is even a cool bag and sun umbrella to take to the beach! The roof terrace is perfect - we used the pool and terrace a lot during the day and evenings - it is quiet, private and gets the sun from mid morning. The house is in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to the town centre with its fantastic restaurants and shops - it's so easy to access everything. We used the ferry to get to the beach - this was easy and good fun. The beach itself - Tavira Island - is beautiful with wide sandy areas for those who like the beach to themselves - as well as busy bar/restaurant areas with sun loungers. The house is exactly as shown in the photos - I cannot recommend Casa Da Torre enough.......it's perfect for a stay in Tavira.

The tiny house was really spacious and had everything you need. The view is amazing and it's so nice and quiet, perfect to calm down and relax. The host Francisco was easy to reach, gave us recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. and he even brought us bread and pastel de nata for breakfast - such a lovely guy!

This townhouse was in a very quiet neighborhood of Tavira, but a short walk (5-10 mins) from central Tavira. We did all of our shopping on foot, and there is a ferry out to the beach a short walk from the townhouse. Walking the opposite direction from the central city there was some quiet green space with farms. Within a 15 min walk there was an excellent French bakery, two or three large supermarkets, many restaurants and cafes, and tourist destinations including the old castle. A little farther away was the “salt pans” where flamingos and other wading birds winter over. The townhouse was very spacious, and it was great to have two bathrooms. There was plenty of room to store our clothing and our suitcases. The townhouse definitely would have been comfortable with 6 people, and there were more than enough plates, cutlery and glassware for a larger group than ours. The townhouse also had cooking utensils more typical to a residence than a vacation rental. We were sad to leave casa miobelle, although we were there for a month.
