The house strikes a perfect balance between "modernness" and cosiness: it's not very old, yet you feel its warmth and character, you don't feel at all like you ended up in another one of those countless houses or appartments that are desperately soulless. It is semi-detached, which means there might be someone staying in the adjacent house, but it's built in such a way that it preserves your intimacy - including when you're on the balcony, which offers an amazing view on the sea and on São Jorge. The house is clean, spacious and fully equipped, and the bedroom on the first floor must be one of the most pleasant ones we've ever stayed in. Finally, the location is just perfect, at a stone's throw from the seaside, yet far away from any noise (apart from the gentle sound of the waves and the funny calls of the seabirds). An unforgettable experience!

The house was beautiful, so well furnished. Kitchen was very well equipped, and the outdoor eating area was lovely. location was great, close to a popular natural swimming pool and the town square. It was also great to have air conditioning at the house.

This is a great selection. The house is spotless and the owner who lives on the floor below brought us things she cooked, and an incredible bread (corn flour?) baked at a nearby bakery that her family runs. The location is great too. Just by the beach and 1-minute walk from a good restaurant (Adega Acoriana)

Everything! the host and her hospitality, the location (lots to walk to), the views of the ocean. It was spacious, well appointed, and in a perfect location. it felt very homey. I cannot possibly recommend this property more. Best still, the host was extraordinary-responsive, kind, and generous. Truly, we cannot recommend this property enough; we hope to stay there again some time and would truly love to live there.

This is definitely the best place to stay in Pico. Everything is perfect about it - the location is very secluded, at least it was for us - no neighbours, quiet. Stunning views of the ocean, beautiful garden, pool. The whole atmosphere of the place is so special and the style the house is decorated in resonated with us on some level. The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Pedro and Vania!

The location facing the sea is wonderful and the house is perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) with all amenities (equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a natural pool and supermarket just a walk away. Jennifer and Beatriz are welcoming and helpful. They picked us up at the airport to the house where our car was waiting and dropped us off at the ferry for our trip to Horta. Would have loved staying a little longer.
