Friendly owner, ready to answer any questions. Easy to get into the property; we arrived really late but that wasn't a problem because we didn't need to meet someone to hand us over the keys. The room was nice and comfortable, the kitchen/living room area not as big as I expected. We couldn't really enjoy much the property since we arrived almost in the early morning :/ It was clean and it is perfectly located in the heart of the little village of Gondramaz. We had some trouble to park the car at the entrance of the village (the area was full) and were unsure if we could enter the village with the car. The surroundings are beautiful.

The hotel has a good location, it is very clean, and its staff is very accommodating. The rooms are well equipped. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice, especially for the kids. Good value for money.
The staff were very friendly, we were offer the choice out of 2 rooms and picked the biggest, bed line was lovely and room was very clean, parking is attached. Breakfast was ok for the amount we paid. Coffee machine was the best!!
