Location was amazing. The house is award winning and just wonderful. There is also a small Sauna. Two small tips: there are no mugs and a washing line or clothes horse, but there is a drier. Otherwise absolutely exceptional.

We loved the location, grounds, privacy, view, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, walk-in robe and storage, good quality towels and bedding. The cottage was beautifully presented and sparkling clean. Having a washing machine and dryer is always a bonus when you're on the road. Twizel is an excellent base for Mt Cook National Park and Tekapo. Kea Cottage, being just a couple of minutes from the town centre, was perfect.

The location is very close to the town. It is a lovely place to stay. very comfortable (the couch is awesome!) and clean. I would recommend staying here and I will do so on my next visit to Twizel!
