Perfect location for day trips in the neighborhood. It was nice and quite and enough room in the house for us. It looks like the house is recently renovated, and everything is nice and clean. When we needed the hosts, he was quick to respond.

Fantastic breakfast, excellent dinner, amazing surroundings, very attentive stuff, polite and hospitable. simple well furnished comfortable room, very clean . A beautiful dining room, and beautiful lounges. The hotel is very clean. The staff all speak well English so the communication waseasy.
An over 100 year old history — creaky hallway floor boards and ageing carpet part of the charm to me, and something I appreciate further after learning about the hotel carried down generations.
The rooms most importantly are more restored, very clean and comfortable and buffet breakfast is good — didn’t have the chance to try the restaurant.
We stayed in one of the small holiday houses at the camping. It's nicely located by a lake between the mountains, just outside Eidfjord. It had everything we needed for self-catering, Beds were comfy,
