The location was super good, really quiet. The house was clean and nice, everything was working inside and the shower was pretty good. Katerine was super welcome, she made a good breakfast and helped us with what we needed. Is really nice to have the Jacuzzi outside the balcony too. We were supposed to stay one night there, but in the end we decided to be there for three nights, so I totally recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at this villa - the location was fantastic in Playacar, a stone’s throw from the beach (which was lovely sand, quite a bit of sargassum when we were there, but lots of fun waves to jump in!) and an easy 10-15 minutes’ walk into Playa del Carmen centre, with all the shops and restaurants. The beds were fantastically comfortable, bedrooms air conditioned which made it really easy to sleep at night in the heat. Ceiling fans in the living area were perfectly adequate for us. Great kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. Communication with the hosts was very good indeed with prompt replies to all our questions, and one of their staff came to clean the pool/terrace each day, and deliver big bottles of water when we needed.

The staff of this hotel were great, friendly and always helpful. Diego (entertainment) and the hostess at the breakfast and lunch area were amazing. The food was good, the gym looked modern and the spa was very clean and nice.
