This villa is absolutely beautiful and true to all of the photos! There is a washer and dryer in the house which aren't advertised in the booking but work perfectly fine! So just know that there is a place within the house to wash your clothes if you need to! :) The location of this villa is in a very safe, quiet neighborhood as well with lots of amazing restaurants, cafés and shopping centers nearby! There is a huge mall only a ten minute walk away called the Las Americas mall with a huge grocery story within it for all of your shopping needs!
Aside from all of the excellent restaurants, shopping centers and etc. around this location, the house itself has three floors with three bedrooms and four working bathrooms. Three of the bathrooms have their own working showers and all rooms in the house have working air conditioners to help keep you cool all throughout the house. The kitchen is so absolutely beautiful with lots of cupboard space and even a pantry to store everything! :) The pool outside is shared to the surrounding houses from within the Sereia Luxury Villas but, my boyfriend and I went swimming almost every day and no one else from the surrounding villas did at the same time as us so, it was as though the pool was private! :) I love all of the bedrooms, I love all of the furniture and the vibe that this entire villa gives off. I truly just love everything about this villa and I'm so in-love with this entire place! 😍 Everything works just fine in the house and the host is a lovely, trust-worthy woman! I did feel a little sketched out at first only because there aren't that many reviews for this house and the host wants you to pay in cash vs via Booking.com. I decided to try it out regardless because the villa is just too beautiful for the low rate it's at. It was absolutely worth the money and this is going to be the only place I stay from now on whenever I visit Cancún, México! 🧡🏖️

The contact with the staff was great. The house is big and spacoius, there are 2 bathrooms (small)and a kitchen with a living room. The beds were beyond comfortable. We arrived late so couldn't fully use the house's potential: beautiful outside garden in an old collonial style, patio, swimming pool and even barbecue. Warm lights were making very calm atmosphere and in the morning we even saw a monkey!

The public beach is located across the road. It is small, but convenient, with large umbrellas.
At our request, Alessandra organized a transfer from the airport to villa and back when we're leaving.
During the arrival, we received keys along with the recommendations of good restaurants, nearest stores and places to visit - it helped a lot.
Alessandra was always in touch and answered all our questions.
The villa has everything you need for a comfortable rest: dishes and dishwasher, laundry set, furniture, hygienic accessories. We only missed a small table near the TV and night tables near the beds.

The view from the room was great. The room was very clean and the comfortable.
They offered varied and very good food for breakfast, including mexican dishes.
Very clean, comfortable apartment with an ideal layout. Perfect communication with the Host. Just a few meters from Mercado 28, to taste the delicious restaurants and enjoy the local Mexican crafts and souvenirs. A few minutes by bus from the Zona Hotelera and the beaches, this apartment is a real Cocoon, whether for a few days or for a longer stay. Recommended
Staff was very friendly and flexible, I was just staying one night but I was able to check in and out when I needed which was great. The place looked really nice and cosy, and the villa was a lot bigger than expected. The pool also seemed very clean, and the shower worked great. I wish I could've stayed longer!
Amazing, very clean place in great localisation. Arturo is an amazing host with a lot of knowledge about area, thanks to him, I visited nearby temple ruins and got tips where the best beaches are, I recommend booking him as a guide if you want to see best places in Quintana Roo by car. Place is walking distance from Hotel Zone centre, there are also a bus stops nearby. I liked access to amenities and how hospitale Arturo is. Highly recommend!
Exceptional host that was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and comfortable which was very important as I travelled with a 10month old baby and a three year old. I never once felt like I had to question the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything was just sooo clean!! There are convenience stores and a few fast food outlets within walking distance. My family and I felt very safe as the apartment is in a gated complex. All in all, a very comfortable stay.
The apartment is very cozy and modern, and there is a little private pool in the basement apartment.
Outside,on the rooftop, there is also a common area with pool,the view is cool!
The apartment is located in cancun, close to local restaurants and and 20 min from the bus station and 20/30 mins by car from the cancun resort and beaches.
