A wonderful flat in a very beautiful house, lovingly furnished with special antique furniture, with attention to detail, everything very much to feel good. A well-kept garden with colourful flowers and a hammock between the olive trees, with a view through the garden gate directly onto the lake (with the possibility to go directly from the footbridge into the water...). A wonderful place to read and relax. At night you could occasionally hear the waves in the lake from your bed. We especially liked the extra terrace, surrounded by fragrant plants, where we always had breakfast, we could have spent the whole day there. Matteo took care of us and gave us tips. Many thanks to him for having us stay in this house! Marone is a nice place, bars and cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely highly recommended!

Lovely large and light studio which comfortably houses 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep, eat and hang out - and - as others have said - what a view! We watched an amazing storm over the lake our first night and loved waking and falling asleep to the sound of water. Stefano is a grade A host - sending recommendations, answering questions, making suggestions - and the studio was immaculately clean, well equipped and full of many thoughtful additions for visitors. Parking is 50 metres away (ask Stefano for advance details) and we made ample use of the garden next door and swam regularly in the lake (access from garden). Cafe next door for coffee and (sometimes) breakfast, drive to Marone for bread and groceries. Recommend a morning kayaking or simply driving round the lake and sampling the ice cream and restaurants. Lovely apartment with great views. It was easy to communicate with the host, Teresa, to organise check-in and check-out. Everything was clean and we appreciated things like oil, salt and vinegar being available in the apartment.
