The property is spacious and well equipped: there are pots and pans in the kitchen and the host had some wine for us as well as brioche and honey. These were lovely touches. There are three bathrooms, so it’s convenient even if there are more people staying. There was a parking space nearby, which was a plus. Also, there are several supermarkets a short drive away. We generally booked the property for a few days of rest after sightseeing Rome and to do some work. However, working was difficult as the internet connection was very unreliable, not sufficient for Zoom calls.

Our host was easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and assisted us with a taxi pickup at the train station and advice on our visit. The apartment was lovely inside ( despite the stairs) and the terrace was especially relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Modern apartment near Rome, comfortable with two bedrooms, good beds, great terrace and parking space. Sergio was a great host, provide us with enough information about our stay and left us even some goodies for breakfast.
Distance to Rome was about 20 minutes by car, and surroundings was naturale, with lot of greens
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very clean, new rooms. Very spacy parking place. We also liked cozy breakfast place, the variety of food was really good. You must try homemade yougurt.

Hotel is very clean and it feels like new building. In the bedroom you ran find a movable mirror - is you move it you can see into the shower-corner in your bathroom :)

The place has 4 rooms and everything is in good condition: comfortable beds, a common area with a small kitchen and all the place was very clean.
The communication with the host was efficient (WhatsApp) and she was very kind at all times.
Breakfast is not served (but it's already there), which is very good in case you have to leave early in the morning.
Everything was more than expectations. Friendly and kind staff,very clean and comfortable beds ,change towels and clean bathroom every day.
