A brand new apartment with all facilities, very well furbished. 200 m from the beach, 200 m from the pastry, 200 m from tavernas, 200 m from the market. WiFi was stable, so I did a little work also. The hosts and overall the people in the village are very nice people and if we come back to Stratoni, we'd definitely stay here again.

it’s a family house, about 200 meters from the sea. We were looking for a quiet family vacation, nature, local culture, food and people. it was nice to find this unique place, a bit “off the grid” at this time of year - yet with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The beach is wonderful and also at aboy25 min drive you to get a ferry or visit Stagira. The house itself is newly renovated and has absolutely all the facilities that make it home-like, from the washing machine to a coffee machine.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful, the hosts were extremely responsive and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The house is perfect if you want to get away from people and enjoy a restful stay with a sea view. Everything was clean and the house was stocked with the necessary amenities (including AC). There is a garden outside the house so we were able to use fresh vegetables in our cooking. In our 20 years of experience using booking.com, this was the best accommodation we have stayed at. It is the perfect location for a family holiday, highly recommend!

Our group had a the best week at the villas! The communication before and during our trip with the host was quick and friendly, and they made every effort to make us feel welcome and worked to fulfill any requests. The small touches like the welcome and leaving gifts were also very sweet. Everything was as advertised and we were happy to find it was just a four minute walk down to the seaside promenade with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. It was a nice surprise to have someone clean the pool and patio on a daily basis too. We would definitely come again and only have fond memories of our time in Olympiada.

The house and the area are simply very lovely. The owner - Chara is awesome. She welcomed us warmly when we came, she showed us many lovely places and gave us many small gifts e.g. homemade cakes etc :))) There are many coffee bars or shops very close to the appartment (5 mins walk) and we could eat something really nice for breakfast every day. The beaches are great and not crowded so you can really enjoy the time spent there. Additionally they are very close to the house. We recommend the place to everyone, you will LOVE it :) Thanks again SO MUCH Chara !!! :)
