A brand new apartment with all facilities, very well furbished. 200 m from the beach, 200 m from the pastry, 200 m from tavernas, 200 m from the market. WiFi was stable, so I did a little work also. The hosts and overall the people in the village are very nice people and if we come back to Stratoni, we'd definitely stay here again.

it’s a family house, about 200 meters from the sea. We were looking for a quiet family vacation, nature, local culture, food and people. it was nice to find this unique place, a bit “off the grid” at this time of year - yet with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The beach is wonderful and also at aboy25 min drive you to get a ferry or visit Stagira. The house itself is newly renovated and has absolutely all the facilities that make it home-like, from the washing machine to a coffee machine.

It was quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Access to the beach (even by car to carry umbrellas chairs etc), the quiet beach perfect for children was also great. The owners are among the friendliest people, always eager to help. Kids also adored the plums and tomatoes they could pick from the garden. the two terraces with wonderful sea view were among the favorite places in the house.

Our group had a the best week at the villas! The communication before and during our trip with the host was quick and friendly, and they made every effort to make us feel welcome and worked to fulfill any requests. The small touches like the welcome and leaving gifts were also very sweet. Everything was as advertised and we were happy to find it was just a four minute walk down to the seaside promenade with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. It was a nice surprise to have someone clean the pool and patio on a daily basis too. We would definitely come again and only have fond memories of our time in Olympiada.
