It's a brand new and effectively designed property with a fantastic view. If you need a peaceful vacation, this place is all you need. Me and my friends were very happy with our Kontemare experience. Also Mr. Nikos, the owner of the property is extremely kind and helpful. Having a pool option belonging to the property if you don't like pebbly beach is also good.

The view was amazing and the apartment itself was so much better than expected. The main bathroom is huge and the natural light in the master bedroom and the kitchen will make you wanna stay inside. It's located just far enough from the city center so you can enjoy the silence. It's a walking distance from the bus station and a large grocery store.A vehicle is recommended though, as the island itself is big enough and without all-day public transport. There is free parking on site . We had a scooter and it made our life so much easier. The hosts were kind and helpful. The definition of "value for money". 10/10 would visit again.

definitely the best booking.com rental i have had ever since. the house is perfect, with every detail you may need even for long stays. The owner is very kind, reachable, he put some fruits, tea, coffee, beer, wine and snacks for us, very kind. he even fixed the playstation cables missing on the same day. the garden in front of the house is also very relaxing, just confronting the sea. there are coffees, bars and a very good seafood restaurant just 50 mt away from the house. We all wished we had more days to stay in here. definitely come back.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and well equipped. The patio was nice and parasol enabled an enjoyable stay there (sun in August). The staff was helpful and friendly. The village is really charming with good restaurants. We enjoyed walking on a shady forest road and there are also hiking paths. In the village there is one modest grocery shop.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Kostas, the owner of the property, was perfect. He guided us to thelocal restaurants which were great! The rooms and the shared areas were very clean and peaceful. I spilled a sauce on my trousers, he led me to the cleaning lady and they helped me all the way through. The sea and the sunbeds were very clean. The location is a little far from the centre which we were aware of, since we needed some quiet time. We will definitely choose again.
Amanda welcomed us wonderfully, she was very friendly and interested. Everything was very clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our vacation. The market is close, the places where we will eat are close . Walking areas and nature and magnificent olive trees and crickets.Also the room has a kitchen, you can eat outside or you can buy something from the market and cook and eat.
Although it is far from the center, the location is great, 100 meters from the beach.The sea is much more beautiful on this side of the island.The facility is very clean, the lady working is very polite and friendly.We were absolutely satisfied. I would like to stay again.
The location of the apartment is great. The beach is just across the road, there is a bakery next to the house, and many markets and restaurants along the street. Joanna is a wonderful host; very friendly, helpful, and hardworking. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. If I ever go to Samos again, I will definitely contact Joanna. We had a great holiday and left happy.
The house was beautiful, new, very clean, with a wonderful view of the sea. The hosts were accommodating in every way, very attentive and kind. The house and pool were very well maintained. Definitely a place worth visiting repeatedly.

Amanda is a wonderful and thoughtful host. The studios were very clean. There were nice spots to sit outside to have breakfast and evening drinks. The location was marvellous, overlooking the beach. With a 100 meter walk we were on the beach, and there were some nice beach bars. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice sea side place, in a relaxing part of the island that still has plenty good restaurants and bars.
