This is a fully equiped apartment on a hillside surrounded by olive and banana trees. We felt comfortable there from the first moment, as if our house was suddenly put in the middle of the Messenian nature. The view to the nearby villages, the Mani peninsula and the Messenian gulf in-between was breathtaking. The region, full of scenic beaches, hills covered with olive trees, monuments that cover all historical periods from the bronze age till now and beautiful villages, offers many opportunities to spend your time. However, although we did not plan to stay indoors for long, at times we felt that we preferred to stay in and just relax.

The apartment itself is very neat, clean and fully equipped with all the things you may need. In the reality looks even better than on photos. A smaller place up on the hill about a 10 minute drive from the beach. A very clean, well-stocked and tasteful accommodation. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the serenity on offer. The host is very responsive and had lots of recommendations for places to swim, eat and visit. When we had issues with a couple of things (beyond the owner's control), our host kept us updated and checked in on us to make sure everything was OK. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to visiting again one day very soon. Note: the house is located in a small village on a narrow road, so a smaller car (if hiring) is recommended.
