The villa in itself is incredible. It offers a load of space with huge terrace with amazing infinity pool. The interior is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need and more. The location is stunning and you have full privacy to enjoy it. One of the nicest places on the whole island at your doorstep, offering a great restaurant, beach beds and beautiful bay with endless snorkeling and diving options. The host, Athina is super friendly, helpful and very emphatic. Its the nicest acomodation we ever stayed in with the nicest host we ever had. Thank you Athina and the team !

What a stunning place. Everyone should stay here at one point in their life. For me it sharpened my mind. It's a place for meditation and reflection. You really feel like your at the end of the world and the sea is very close. The villa is perfect, it's comfortable and well laid out with good facilities. The owner is great.

Basil was a superb host - ready to help out if we needed anything. A lovely welcome basket of local fruit, oil and wine was provided. Villa Esperia was well equipped, and the view was magnificent. We'd gladly stay again.

If You are reading this review while hesitant to make your booking, goooooo do the boooking now!!! This place is fantastic!! Everything wt u need is there!! The garden full of historic olive trees and palm-grenade trees. You can take a 3 min walk to the 2000 old olive tree. the location is wonderful! The host is suppper nice and helpful! she started the conversation on whatsup and she was always checking on us. If you are fancy enough for some grill, the place is perfect for grilling and everything for grill equipments are there. if you come from Zakynthos, go to Mymarke and buy some meat first (they have fresh meat) and do your grill at the this house, you won’t regret it. the place is 15 min from every famous thing. From this place you can drive easily to Navagio view location, go early morning to avoid the huge line. It’s obvious the host put so much attention to quality on details in this house… even the shampoo they put for guests is a high quality! So u can imagine the rest😃

Everything! Villa is extremely clean, modern, spacious and well-maintained, with a fantastic infinity pool. As a bonus, it has a garden where you can pick your own fruit and vegetables. At the end of the garden there is a thousand year-old olive tree. Exo Chora is a quiet, traditional village and its elevation makes it a bit cooler than the tourist hotspots on the East and South coasts. If you are a party animal Villa Elithea is not for you, but if you are looking for somewhere to relax and chill-out it's perfect. That said, you can get to just about anywhere on the island in half an hour. Staying at Villa Elithea is a joy. The owner and his Mum look after you like you were part of their family. Nothing is too much trouble and they make sure the villa is spotless throughout your stay, as well as providing an occasional delicious Greek meal. We have stayed in a lot of villas that on arrival have just not lived-up to their on-line descriptions and reviews. We are delighted to report that Villa Elithea exceeded everything we had hoped for. Cute little house in good location, very nicely decorated, everything is near with a car. You basically have a small yard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, outdoor sitting and shower with toilet. Good wifi. Awesome host - will help you with anything you may need, recommends a lot places to see and experience! We had a great stay.
