Very nice and clean facility, properly maintained environment close to a main road but not at the road itself so you do not have the traffic noise on your terrace which by the way gives you a nice view to the sea. Talking about the owners, I don’t even know how to find the right words to explain how kind Matthew and Andrew are and how perfect they’re running their business and treating their guest’s in the most kind and best imaginable way. If you have a whatever question you’ll for sure get a quick reply including several options to choose out of. If you don’t want to stay in some downtown area but still want to be in a about 10-15 minutes distance to Fira & Oia and maybe 15-20 minutes to Kamari, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this House and hope once I’m coming back again it will be available.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the second we arrived we felt relaxed. The hotel was spotless, we had an upbeat retreat with a plunge pool, the room was modern and comfortable. The bed was double and large with comfy mattress and softly pillows. Bathroom was also very clean with fresh towels. All the workers were so polite, friendly and helpful. The ocean view was also stunning. Definitely I'll be back for more days.

Personal approach. View. Design. location is between Fira and Oyia, so one may use public buses. Lucia was in touch with drivers of buses and taxi upon our request. So it was a quie vacationt, but at the same time we didn't sit at home.

It was an amazing property! Stunning view, amazing house, nice and clean, facilities so we were able to cook our own meals and feel like we were right at home! The hosts were so helpful and just went over and beyond for us - helping book airport transfers and also helping us book our ATV etc.
