Absolutely stunning, fully equipped home that has been lovingly decorated in tasteful but authentic style. The house was only completed in 2023 so everything is top notch and beautifully finished. The owner lives 2 levels above and was incredibly kind, even sharing her husband's delicious naming day orange cake with us. Easy communication and was incredibly welcoming. Spotlessly clean and with every possible item you could need including a first aid kit, toiletries, blankets as the weather was a little chilly. There's a lovely terrace to sit and eat out on and gaze across to the sea. About 15 minutes drive into the lively town of kalamata that has lots of restaurants and a nice beach.

This was by far one of the nicest places I have ever had the pleasure of staying!!! The host is very thoughtfull and he did a wonderful job with setting up and equipping the place. The check in and check out was super easy to organise and arrange. The apartment has an amazing location in a lovely area and is close to Kalamata (10 minutes car ride) and close to local Almiros beach and popular beach bars and big supermarkets. It is conveniently located should you wish to explore the peninsulla more since you won't get caught up in Kalamata traffic. It came fully equipped with everything that you might need for a longer stay! The apartment is spacious, modern with lovely garden and outdoor area plus amazing ocean views!!! Kitchen has all the utensils and kitchen appliances (kettler, toaster, coffee machine, big freedge with freezer, oven) so if you are planning a longer stay or you simply like your home made meals rest assured you will be comfortable in this kitchen. The bathroom is clean, spacioius, and brand new with washing machine. The bed is super comfortable, and the apartment is in the quiet area, so you will get a lot of quality sleep. The host went beyond to make our stay unforgettable and gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do and see. I really hope we will be back soon!!! Grazie mille! A presto!
