We stayed at the lovely Smiddy cottage for 4 nights, it was the perfect size for us and our pup and great location to explore Devon! The owner was so lovely and really helpful and the family have 2 very friendly dogs. The cottage was lovely and cosy, especially with the wood fire burning in the evenings! There's some lovely local villages where you can find a couple of tea rooms, pubs and a local shop for essentials. We would highly recommend for a break away!

Beautiful location and ideal as a base for exploring. Clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed for a great stay.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Beautiful studio. Very, very clean and immaculately decorated etc. Facilities spot on, but I was a bit surprised there is nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom area!! Would recommend this to anyone, alone or as a couple. Outside area really pretty too.
It was very clean and the room I had overlooked the garden and was quiet. I didn’t even hear noises from the other guests or the staff getting ready for breakfast.
continental breakfast available on time each morning so that I could get out for the day. Cooked breakfast available on request was very good. Bar available in the evening at reasonable prices. Room and facilities were very clean. Wi-fi worked very well. Bed very comfortable
