Edge Barn, hotel in Tintern

Situated in Woolaston and only 30 km from Bristol Parkway Station, Edge Barn features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Absolutely stunning location with fabulous views and in a great area for mountain biking and walks. Plenty of parking. Lovely old barn conversion with plenty of space inside. The king sized bed was comfortable so I think it must have been replaced since the comments about the bed being uncomfortable. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location with easy access to woodland. Lovely artwork in every room, much of which was by a family member. Bridget was most welcoming and helpful, and quickly supplied us with extra glasses and other items when friends staying locally visited us. Very convenient for many places of interest.

The location was absolutely perfect. Tintern itself is so pretty with lots to do and other locations are within easy reach. We loved Tintern Abbey and towns such as Chepstow and Monmouth. There are lots of CADW sites to explore too. The flat was very clean and comfortable with tea, coffee and milk provided. Great hosts who made sure we had all the details needed in plenty of time and they responded immediately to our messages. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful and scenic location. We spent two nights at the Parva Farmhouse as part of our two week vacation traveling through England and Wales. Our host was very welcoming and hospitable, the breakfasts were wonderful, and the room was very clean, cosy, and comfortable. This will be one of our fondest memories of our trip and I would recommend the Parva Farmhouse without hesitation.

It included all the amenities, stack of tea and coffee, and some lovely chocolates. The host was very kind and available. Gave us plenty of good suggestions on what to explore around.

Fabulous older style apartment. Very clean, comfy (immediately felt like home). We can't say enough about the hosts: They left us eggs, crisps, marshmellows - and even a cake. Our 1 question was answered immediately. They even supplied coffee pods, milk, tea and sugar. The view of the river and mountains was great. Highly recommend.

We received a warm welcome from owner Anika on our arrival. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and we settled in quickly. I had sent an advance message to Anika warning her of my wife's wheat allergy. Very kindly she baked a special gluten-free loaf which added to an already superb breakfast with fresh fruit salad, other home made breads and speciality jams and marmalade. A thoroughly pleasant stay in a glorious village.
