Just great. A perfect country bolthole, hidden away in the perfect scenery. Watching cows and sheep pass your window was incredible and the free wine was a touch.

Fantastic little cottage in a peaceful location and great views. Was perfectly located for a Wedding we attended at Southlands Barn and a short drive away from shops/supermarket. The cottage had everything we needed and the check in and check out process was really easy. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Nice sized place for 4 people. Comfortable and quiet.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful. The rooms have a very clean and fresh look. The large private parking was very much appreciated.
Hose was very welcoming. Room was a good size and very clean. Had both evening meal and breakfast and both was delicious and served hot. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is in a beautiful location in the Sussex countryside. Spacious and very clean with added extras. Jane & Kevin are very friendly and have thought of everything. Excellent breakfast.
