Beautiful location and views of the sea. Quiet and close to Muncaster Castle..lovely people with railway right around the corner. The house was very big, bigger than we imagined. Had most of what we needed and wifi access. Not enough room to sit everyone in the living room but we managed. Very clean.

Everything is amazing! Sally and David are so lovely, and the animals are so friendly. The cottage house is nice and cozy, well maintained, and it’s so close to Scafell Pike car park, which is perfect for people who want to hike!

Staff were all nice, bar area is nice and smart, restaurant is OK but the lighting was a bit stark. Food was lovely, and brilliant that they had a dairy free and gluten free menus.
Bedrooms were adequate and bed comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities available. Hair dryer and iron provided. Had a bath which was a plus as most modern hotel rooms don't. Toiletries provided. Very clean. Overall pretty good.
