Location was a little bit rural but actually very convenient for Exmoor, Barnstaple and the surrounding area.

Lovely stay at the Poltimore Inn. We had a room in one of the lodges which was spacious, very clean, great shower. Very helpful and friendly staff, and excellent breakfasts and evening meals. What more could you want- oh yes, there's even an observatory to view Exmoor's dark skies!
I had a new cabin, very clean tv too small, couldn’t read the TV guide from the bed. Hairdryer nowhere near the mirror and the only chair in the room was alongside/under the tv
